above average and sensational breakfast with lots of meals. lovely bed and excellent location close to the center of the city.

The staff is very attentive with a manager available 24/7, the room is spacious with a balcony and jacuzzi, and having a coffee maker and safe in the room is very convenient.

Comfortable bed in the standard queen room, plus an air conditioning, a safe, and a mini bar. Sufficient facilities in general, perfect location to the phantastic hanging gardens. Based not far from a restaurant/bar that blared pounding music until after 1am as well as hilly Haifa...

Themed and brand-new units are available with good air conditioning, a good shower, and a platform bed, making this place a nice comfortable base in a central location to explore around.

Absolutely perfect and ideal location, just walking distance from Shkolnik Art. Also located nearby a train station. Comfortable beds and climate control and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was above average and the view was absolutely stunning.

This is a lovely boutique hotel near the Baha'i Gardens, on the central street of the German Colony. It is beautifully appointed and in an ideal location, adjacent to a delicious Arabic-influenced Mediterranean restaurant where a lavish breakfast is served to hotel guests in the morning. The rooms themselves are relaxing, luxurious, and very well maintained. We came for a short trip, to visit the Baha'i Gardens, Akko, and the coast, and will certainly stay here on our next trip to Haifa.

The staff here were super helpful and caring, which was great. I found this cool restaurant that is connected to the hotel - the food was delicious and it was super convenient. the open bathroom was huge! 🛁

Lovely clean and comfortable room. With the added bonus of the kitchenette, it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend.

TV was confusing on how to use.

Incredible suite, and great location. The room we had was great with a balcony overlooking the street, large sitting area, mini kitchen and jetted spa tub. Breakfast at Fattoush next door was great. Would definitely stay again.

Old house, not exactly an hotel, just 3 rooms, very nice place. No staff but clean bedrrom, support from the restaurant on the side.

Beautiful room with balcony and amazing hot tub. Perfect area. Amir the manager most helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfasts. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Central location in the vibrant area of Haifa

Truly a "boutique" hotel in th delightful neighbourhood of the German Colony, Haifa, Israel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, while maintaining respect of our privacy. The room was spotlessly clean and stylish in its design features. The blend of old world (exposed brick walls) along with modern conveniences is lovely. Attention to details have been given to both form and function (lighting, furniture, tranquil neutral colours). The breakfast at Fattoush was a delicious menagerie of Middle Eastern flavours (fresh dairy products, tahini, salads). Very nice atmosphere, too.

Bothersome late-night noise from street-level restaurant below room...until early morning hours (4am). No telephone in room. It wouldve been nice to have an iPod dock. And lastly....and yet, 1st impression of hotel: the check-in office is very basic and does not reflect the high-calibre of the boutique it self. The owner did say that they are in the midst of some remodelling and expansions, so I assume the office will eventually be updated.
